POSTER PRESENTATIONS

There will be two poster sessions during the congress (Please check the program: (https://ciiemcongress.com). During these sessions, the author (s) of the poster (s) should be close to them, allowing the clarification of issues that arise from the evaluators. 

Poster preparation

The poster should include:

  • Paper title and names of all authors at the top of the poster
  • Brief introduction, aims, materials and methods details, conclusions, and references, in a logical and clear sequence
  • Captions for each graph, picture, and table.

Size, fonts, and color

  • Posters should be printed in A0 size (H: 84,1 cm x V:118,9 cm) and vertical (portrait) orientation.  
  • Easily read type font should be used. Suggested minimum font sizes:
    • Title: 36 point type
    • List of authors: 25 point type
    • Body copy should be double-spaced text: 15 point type

Mounting and retrieving of posters: 

  • Participants presenting posters should go to the HELPDESK for information regarding the location and the assessment times. 
  • Posters should be mounted on the first day of the congress and collected on the last day. 
  • Materials to place the posters will be supplied by the congress organizers. 

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS 

There is no defined template for oral communications. Digital copy of the presentation must be delivered up to 60 minutes before the presentation, at the HELPDESK. 

Prizes will be awarded to the best poster and the best oral communication.
