Please read the following instruction regarding the registration and abstracts/proceedings submission carefully.

The registration process entails the following steps:

  1. Access the registration page.
  2. Proceed to the payment of the applicable fee on the Payment platform (GerEventos).
  3. Copy the ID code from the invoice provided by the payment platform to the Registration page.
  4. Fill in the registration form with your Login information, Personal details and Invoice ID.
  5. Submit the registration form.
  6. Wait for the account to be activated by our administrative staff, which should happen within 24 hours after the registration.
  7. Only after activation will you be able to login and submit your work.

The abstracts/proceedings submission process entails the following steps:

  1. Proceed to the payment of the applicable fee(s) on the Payment platform (GerEventos).
  2. Copy the ID code(s) from the invoice(s) provided by the payment platform to the Receipt ID field in your Profile page. If you have performed more than one payment, separate the different ID codes from each other using a comma (ex.: 123, 312, 199, 928).
  3. Save your profile by pressing “Submit” button on the top of the Profile page.
  4. Go to “My Profile” and press the “New Abstract” button found on the top of the page.
  5. Submit the abstract or abstract/proceeding.

* Note that work submissions will only be possible for users who have previously paid the registration fee.

Registration confirmation

Following verification by our administrative services, a confirmation letter of registration will be sent to you via email.

Letter of Invitation

The Registration Department is pleased to provide a formal letter of invitation to any individual who requests one, provided that their registration and associated fees have been received. The purpose of this invitation is to facilitate potential attendees in obtaining travel funding or a visa. Please note that the letter of invitation does not constitute a guarantee of financial support from the Congress. Should you require a letter of invitation, you may request one through the online registration process.

Payment for registration and submission fees (in EUR) can be made through Credit Card, Multibanco (MB), or MB Way.
