The Egas Moniz Center for Interdisciplinary Research (CiiEM) is a hub of innovation and knowledge creation that promotes a paradigm of translational research and teaching in collaboration with other functional structures of Egas Moniz. The center places a strong emphasis on community engagement in various contexts, such as health, health-related sciences, and social services.
The 6th Congress of the Egas Moniz Center for Interdisciplinary Research (CiiEM) is aligned with the key strategic options and expected impacts on society, economy, and science, defined by the First Horizon Europe plan for research and innovation activities for the years 2021 – 2024.
The congress is organized under the theme “Immediate and future challenges to foster One Health” and will offer researchers and health professionals the opportunity to present and discuss the expected impact of their work in different areas.
